TEIN was first implemented with a bandwidth capacity of 2 Mbps SCR and 4 Mbps PCR based on the Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATM) method. France and Korea agreed to increase the bandwidth up to 34 Mbps, upon demand.
On November 3, 2003 TEIN was upgraded to PCR 34Mbps/SCR 17Mbps. The capacity will be increased up to 155Mbps in the near future. |

Introduction
