| TEIN2 Launch Ceremony |

TEIN2 Launch Ceremony was held at Akihabara Convention Hall in Japan in association with 21st APAN Meeting on January 24, 2006. With participants from CJK and SEA countries and European partners, the official launch of TEIN2 network service was congratulated. At the same time, NICT and NII of Japan and TransPAC2 Project acknowledged close cooperation with TEIN2 project. TEIN2 network will be operational from Feb 2006 to the end of 2007.
